    Location you are staying the night before your flight and additional notes. If this trip will be a surprise for someone please leave any special instructions here as well.

    Cancellation Policy: You must cancel or reschedule a minimum of 72 hours prior to flight date to avoid being charged in-full.


    Policies:

  • Your credit card is not charged until after your flight (we get your CC imprint and signature at the post-flight Champagne Breakfast).
  • Weather related flight cancellations are not charged. You will have the opportunity to reschedule on a space available basis.
  • No-Shows will be charged in-full. Your Credit Card is kept on file to insure your arrival. If you should No-Show, your Credit Card will be charged.

    • Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates, once scheduled, cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled. If you No-Show, your Gift Certificate will be charged as Used. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

    Plan: on spending at least three to five hours with us. Ballooning is an outdoor activity, so dress accordingly. Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes and casual pants/shorts are preferred. It may be chilly in the morning but it warms up quickly and it is always warmer in the balloon than on the ground. We recommend a cap or hat to protect heads from radiant heat.
